The Memorial is located in Ashburton Park of the Massachusetts State House.

Currently, it is only open during regular business hours of the State House, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Memorial is easily accessible via the MBTA and is a short (5 minute) walk from Park Street and Government Center stations.
